· Where do we ship to & how much will it cost?
A: We ship anywhere in the world. All orders that are to be delivered within the continental U.S. states (lower 48 States) will ship for free.
A: For those outside of the U.S please email our customer service department for a shipping quote.
· Do you accept returns?
A: We do not accept any returns. All product purchases are Final Sale / No Return.
· Warranty Policy:
A: 30 Day exchange period in case of light malfunction due to manufacture defect. (All warranties start from date of arrival to customer)
Carbon Fiber Policy:
A: We do not cover damage caused by customers during install or damages caused by Heat or Sun. Products are lightly UV coated.
· What happens if an item is lost in shipping?
A: We are not responsible for a package that gets lost in shipping. However, if the freight company (ex. FedEx) deems the package as lost, we will ship out a replacement of the same item. Please remember we will only ship out a replacement if the freight company claims it as lost. If your item has been lost, please email our customer service department.
· If I order can I pick up the items and save on shipping?
A: A: Local pick up is currently unavailable. Currently everything is shipped through our fulfillment center and is coordinated by our in-house logistic department to insure the fastest & most efficient service.

A: If you are located within the United States, then your order should be received within 3-5 business days.
